1. In a bowl whisk together eggs and mustard
- 8 chicken bottoms
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/3 cup pretzel crumbs
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
Zucchini Mushroom Kugel

1. Saute onion in oil til soft
- 5 large zucchini, unpeeled and thinly sliced
- 2 large boxes mushrooms, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 large onion
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayo

- 1 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Green Goddess Dip

- 1 1 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1 of 1 lemon
- 2 2 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. salt

- 4 tbsp. butter

Ameretto Cake

1. Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy
- CAKE:
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 2/3 c oil
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 c orange juice
- 1/4 c amaretto
- 1/4 c vodka
- GLAZE:
- 1 1/2 c confectionary sugar
- 1 tablespoons amaretto
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- A little water- to loosen to drizzle
Lemon Mousse Parfaits

1. Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a medium pan
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- zest of 2 lemons
- juice of 3 lemons
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- blueberries or raspberries

- 1/4 cup dutch processed cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 2 cups sugar

- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. coffee
- 1 tbsp. hot water
- 3 tbsp. oil
