Olive Garden Pasta E Fagoli Soup

Saute beef or sausage in oil in large 10 qt
- 2 lb. ground beef/sausage (I used sausage)
- 12 oz. onion, chopped
- 14 oz. carrots, slivered
- 14 oz. celery, diced (I left this out for Les)
- 48 oz. tomatoes, canned, diced
- 2 C. cooked red kidney beans
- 2 C. cooked white kidney beans
- 88 oz. beef stock
- 3 t. oregano
- 2 1/2 t. pepper
- 5 t. parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 1/2 t. Tabasco sauce
- 48 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. dry pasta shell macaroni or other pasta (tiny)
Creme Brulee French Toast

- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- an 8 to 9-inch round loaf country-style bread (I couldn't find this; I substituted loaf of french bread)
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
Basic Green Soup

1, Heat 2 T. oil in a large skillet over high heat
- 2 T. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for garnish
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 1 t. salt, divided
- 2 T. plus 3 cups water, divided
- 1/4 C. arborio rice (I just used regular rice.)
- 1 bunch green chard (about 1 pound)
- 14 cups gently packed spinach (about 12 ounces), any tough stems trimmed
- 4 C. vegetable broth, store-bought or homemade (I substituted carrot juice for broth)
- Big pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 T. lemon juice, or more to taste
Artichoke Dip

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 15 oz can artichoke hearts - chopped
- 1 small can green chilis diced
- 2-3 green onions sliced - as many as you like
- black olives - sliced - as many as you like
- jalapeno peppers diced - to taste
Spiced Nuts

Combine thoroughly: sugar, cinnamon and milk
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 6 T. Milk
- 3 C. mixed unsalted nuts (3/4 C. of 4 kinds of nuts)
- 1/2 t. vanilla
Crock Pot Lasagna

Brown meat in large skillet; drain
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (could be substituted for italian sausage)
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 15 oz. container of ricotta cheese (we used skim ricotta)
- 1 pkg. Kraft Italian Cheese (approx. 2 cups)
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 6 lasagna noodles, uncooked

- 2 qts. pineapple sherbet (or lemon)
- 1 C. drained pineapple tidbits
- 2 10-oz. pkg. frozen raspberries

1.Combine the ground beef, grated cheese, bbq sauce, and seasonings
- Burger:
- 1 lb ground beef (I used 85/15- you want a fattier meat to make a juicier burger!)
- sesame seed buns
- 1/2 cup Monterrey jack cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- seasoned salt to taste
- cracked black pepper
- onion powder
- Secret Sauce:
- 3/4 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup relish
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Economy Wienerschnizel

- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. bread crumbs
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/4 C. olive or vegetable oil
