Oven Fried Zucchini Chips

•Preheat oven to 425° F
- non-stick cooking spray
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 small zucchini cut in 1/4-inch-thick slices
Orange Dream Jello Salad

Dissolve jello in boiling water
- 6 oz orange jello
- 6 oz orange juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 c cool whip
- 1 sm instant vanilla pudding
- 1 3/4 c milk
- 2 c mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 1/2 c boiling water
- 1 c cold water
- 1 lg can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 c orange/pineapple yogurt (jill uses 2 orange creamsicles and 1 pina colada)

- 1 lb. sausage in chunks (I use italian)
- 1 qt. water
- 2 coves garlic
- 2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 t. salt & pepper
- 2 t. sugar
- 2 large cans tomatoes (29 oz. size)
- 4 C. carrots sliced
- 2 onions sliced (lengthwise) - I don't think I use this much
- Italian seasoning to taste
- 1 grfeen pepper
- 2 C. water
- 2 t. bullion
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can barbanzo or kidney beans, drained
- 1 can mushrooms, drained (2 C. mushrooms)
- 1/2 - 1 C. elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 t. basil
- 1 t. oregano
- 1/3 C. parsley
Mom's Lemon Meringue Pie

- 3 small packages lemon pudding/pie filling--the kind you have to cook, not instant
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 egg yolks (keep whites for meringue)
- 4 cups water
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp butter
- 2 pie baked pie shells
- 6 egg whites
- 12 Tbsp sugar

- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Brown meat & onion together
- l lb. ground round
- 1 medium onion
- 2 t worchestershire sauce
- 1 t. curry posder (optional)
- 1 C catsup
- 1/2 C water
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1/4 t sage
- 1 T sugar
Avocado Taco Dip - Aunt Marilyn's

Mix first 3 ingredients together and spread on round plate
- 2 large ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 package Lawry taco seasoning
- 5 T Miracle whip
- mix above 3 ingredients together, spread on round plate.
- Sprinkle with cheedar cheese
- Sprinkle Monterey jack cheese on top
- Sprinkle with chopped olives
- Put 3 blobs of sour cream on top.
- Add tomatoes for color

Combine Clamato juice, onion, olive oil, vinegar, green pepper, parsley, garlic, tobasco, salt & pepper
- 4 C Clamato juice
- 1/2 C onion - minced
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1/3 C red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C green pepper - minced
- 3 T parsley
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1/4 t tobasco sauce
- S & P to taste
- 8 tomatoes - chopped
- 2 cucumbers - chopped
- 2 avocados - cubed
- croutons
- grated parmesan cheese
