    can cream style corn

  • 1

    can whole kernel corn - drained

  • 1

    can shoe peg corn - drained

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1

    Tbl. margarine

  • 1

    small (8oz) sour cream

  • 1

    Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

  • ½

    tsp. salt

Directions

Melt margarine in casserole, add eggs, sour cream, and salt. Stir in muffin mix and corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until golden brown.
