Spicy Chicken Masala Curry

This recipe is from Sailu's Kitchen
- Marinate:
- 1 lb. chicken, washed and cut into medium sized pieces
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to suit your spice level)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- Make a paste:
- 6-7 cashew nuts
- 4-5 tbs. milk
- Dry roast and make a fine powder:
- 1” cinnamon
- 10-12 curry leaves
- 3 cloves
- Rest of the ingredients:
- 3-4 tbs. oil
- 2 big onions finely chopped
- 1 large tomato finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 3/4 tsp black pepper powder (adjust to suit your spice level)
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- coriander leaves for garnish
Pork Dumplings

- Dumplings:
- 1 1 1 pound ground pork
- 3 3 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 1 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 3 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 1 1 package dumpling wrappers (available in the refrigerated section of grocery stores or Asian markets)
- 2 2 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 1/2 to cup water, plus extra to seal the wrappers
- 1 1 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish
- Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 2 2 tablespoons sweet chile sauce
- 2 2 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 1 1 tablespoon ginger
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
