- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large leek (white only), chopped
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 quart shucked clams, with liquid
- 6 (8 ounce) jars clam juice
- 1 pound boiling potatoes, peeled and chopped (quarter inch square)
- 3 cups half-and-half cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed or 1 teaspoon dry

- 3 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
- 4 teaspoons Asian sesame oil, divided
- 3 1/2 teaspoons unseasoned rice vinegar, divided
- 1 14- to 16-ounce container extra-firm tofu, drained
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 baby bok choy, leaves separated
- 12 cups loosely packed mizuna (about 8 ounces) You can substitute Arugula for this.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (14-ounce) can beef broth (recommended: Swanson's)
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce (recommended: Hunt's)
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon jalapeno powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- Batch two:
- 5 tablespoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- Batch three:
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method Cut chicken into small pieces and coat with potato starch
- Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast (sliced)
- 30 g Onions
- 15 g Waterchestnuts
- 2 Mushrooms (quartered)
- 15 g Carrot (strip)
- 80 g Bean sprouts (about a handful)
- 15 g Spring onion
- Condiments
- Dark soy sauce (about quarter teaspoon)
- 2 g Salt mix (salt&MSG)
- Dash of cooking wine
- Dash of ground pepper
- Potato starch to coat chicken and thicken sauce.

- 1 can (15½ ounces) hot chili beans
- 1 can (15½ ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
