Easy Crock Pot Taco Soup

Place salsa, black beans, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth in slow cooker
- 1 cup mild salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounce can corn, drained
- 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning (or store-bought)
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Optional toppings: cilantro, plain Greek yogurt or sour cream, grated cheese, avocado, green onion, tortilla chips

In large bowl, mix taco seasoning with water
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast meat
- 1 pkg. won ton skins
- 1-2 Tbs. taco seasoning
- 1 Tbs. water
- 1-2 Tbs. oil
- 1 Tbs. ranch dressing
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. regular mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/3 c. black olives, finely chopped
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbs. Aleppo pepper
