Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Preheat a grill for high heat
- 1 1 1 ⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1 1 egg
- 1 1 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 1 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1 1 ⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 1 1 ⁄8 tsp pepper
- 1 1 1 lb ground beef
- 6 6 6 slice bacon
- 6 6 6 hamburger buns, split
- Preheat a grill for high heat.
- 5 patties on the grill and cook for 5 minutes per side or until well done. Remove toothpicks before serving on hamburger buns.
Three Sisters Green Chile Potato Soup

Bring large pot of water to boil
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 6 c. whole milk
- 2 c. heavy cream (or use 2 more c. milk if not wanting to use cream)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 strips bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 small yellow onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 14.5 oz. can sweet corn, drained
- 2 c. zucchini (1 medium), cubed
- 2 c. cut green beans
- 2 c. green chilies, cut in 1 inch pieces or 3 X 4.5 oz. cans)
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 c. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
Bacon Brussels Sprouts

In a large skillet, render the fat from the bacon over low to medium-low heat
- 2 cups brussels sprouts
- 3/4 cup thick cut bacon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon
- 2-3 cups rhubarb, cut into 3/4 " pieces
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup butter
Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips (6 ounces)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch black pepper
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Confectioners sugar, for dusting
Cheesy Tortilla Soup

MELT butter in medium saucepan on medium-high heat
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can (28 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 pkg. (1.4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz. shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup tortilla chips (1 oz.), coarsely crushed
- 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
- Hot sauce
Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

Preheat oven to 375°. Cream together the shortening and sugars
- 1/2 Cup butter-flavored shortening (or regular shortening or butter)
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 TB. water
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 Cup quick-cooking oats (old-fashioned oats work, too)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 Cup toffee bits (sold by the chocolate chips)

Cauliflower and Parsnip Soup

- 2 1/2 cups chopped white onions (about 2 small onions)
- 2 heads cauliflower, greens removed
- 2 pounds parsnips (about 4 medium-large), peeled and ends trimmed
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme, plus leaves for garnish
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 heads garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
