- 1 sprig fresh thyme, leaves only, plus extra small sprigs for garnish
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup organic heavy cream
- Olive oil-flavored nonstick cooking spray
- Salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Crabs and Spaghetti

Tomato Gravy In a large pot, cover the bottom with a thin layer of olive oil
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic to taste
- 2 large cans of Italian plum tomatoes
- 1 large can of Italian crushed tomatoes
- 1 14.5 oz. diced tomato
- 1 6 oz. can of tomato paste
- One can of water
- 2 tablespoons sweet basil
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning or to taste
- 8 bay leafs
- Oregano to taste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 doz. fresh crabs
- 1/2 cup Grated Cheese (Romano or Parmesan)
- #9 spaghetti or vermicelli

- 1/2 cup melted butter

New York Style Cheese Cake

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- (5) 8 oz. pkgs. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 2 tsps. vanilla
- Option: 1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta and (2) 8 oz. pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Shrimp Scampi over Pasta

For the pasta, put a large pot of water on the stove to boil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for

- 2 shallots, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch red pepper flakes, optional
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley leaves

- 12 oz. (16 to 20 ct.) shelled and deveined lg. shrimp

- 1 can (15oz.) no-salt-added huge kidney (cannelloni) beans, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed with press
- 1 can (15oz.) no-salt-added diced to toes
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/3 c. Fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
