Italian Pizzelle

These pizzelles are light and crisp
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. anise seed or extract (opt.)
- 1/2 c. butter (1/4 lb.)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Do not use more than 1/2 cup butter and don't use oil as a substitute.
Pesto Sauce

In food processor mince garlic, then add pine nuts
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts (pignolia)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Cream Cheese Icing

In mixing bowl beat at medium speed until fluffy
- 1-8oz package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1-box vanilla instant pudding
- 1-medium size cool whip
- 1-cup milk
Spinach Dip

Mix sour cream, mayo and leek soup real well
- Loaf Black Bread
- 1-16 oz. sour cream
- 1-16 oz. jar mayo
- 3 boxes of chopped frozen spinach cooked and drained well
- 1 pkg. Knorr Leek Soup (Swiss Style)
Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Steam broccoli under separated (not fully cooked) layer them in casserole, layer chicken next
- 2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (Campbell)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Few drops lemon juice
- 3/4 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Crab Fettuccine Alfredo

Boil Fettuccine al dente' In a large skillet, saute garlic in butter, add crab and heavy cream and heat gently
- 1-6 -8 oz. pasteurized crabmeat
- 3 tablespoons minced parsley
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/3 cups grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1-6 oz. box Fettuccine
Swiss Cheese Quiche

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
- Pie crust mix for one 9" pie crust or already made pie crust.
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 cups heavy or whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 lb. (1 cup) Swiss cheese, shredded
Ginger Shrimp

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sherry and water; set aside
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1/3 cups water
- 2 spray cooking spray
- 2 tsp peanut oil
- 1 piece ginger root, 3-inches, peeled, thinly sliced, cut into julienne
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 1 pound shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
Easy Crab Cakes

Combine breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and seafood seasoning; fold in crabmeat
- 3/4 Italian Style Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 1 lb. Dungeness crabmeat, flaked
Bucatini Pasta with Shrimp

1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions
- 1/2 lb. Bucatni pasta
- 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 lb. (about 12) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. torn fresh basil
