- 2 packages of Stella Dora Biscuits (soft- anisette or almond flavor)

Potato Salad

- Dressing:
- 4 - hard boiled eggs - chopped
- 5 lbs. red potatoes
- 5 stalks celery - chopped
- 1 onion - chopped
- celery seed
- salt
- pepper
- Large Jar of Mayonaise
- 1 tablespoons of oil
Chocolate Chip Cake

In mixer beat eggs, add yellow cake mix, instant pudding, oil and water
- 3 bars Hershey Chocolate (shave on large side of grater)
- 1/2 pkgs chocolate chips
- 1 box Ducan Heins Yellow Cake Mix
- Small box of vanilla instant pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/3 cups water
- Confectioner's Sugar
Pizza Dough

Make a sponge by mixing together 1/4 cup lukewarm water, 2 teaspoons active dry yeast, 1/4 cup rye flour

Clams in White Wine Sauce

Scrub clams under cold water; drain
- 72 small clams
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 bat leaf
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

The secret to potato salad is that you must mix all the ingredients while the potatoes are still hot
- 10 lbs. Red Potatoes -Par-Boil- Cubed (approx 30 minutes)
- 5 sticks of celery diced
- 2 small onions diced
- 8 hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
- Dressing
- 2 T Oil
- 2 t Dijon Mustard
- 2 Heaping cooking spoons of mayo
- 1 T salt (or to taste)
- 2 t Celery Seed
- 1 t black pepper
- Blend all of the above ingredients in food processor.
