Semi-Pound Cake

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 sticks butter, softened
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Crab Cakes - Grandpop Tony

In bowl add crabmeat, hot sauce, milk and Panko
- 1 large egg
- 4 tbs. mayo
- 2 tbs. minced scallion greens
- 1/4 tsp. Maryland style seasoning, such as Old Bay
- 1/4 tsp. hot red pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1 pound pasteurized jumbo lump crabmeat
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Start with 1 cup panko and add as needed
- 6 tbs olive oil for frying
Root Beer Float Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) devil's food cake mix
- 1 can root beer (12 oz.)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 tsp. McCormick root beer concentrate
- 1 lb. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cont. (16 oz.) Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) confectioners' sugar
- 2 Tbs. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup multicolored jimmies or sprinkles
- 18 maraschino cherries
- Plastic drinking straw cut into 3"-long pieces
Fettuccine Alfredo

In a saucepan melt butter
- 1 lb. Fettuccine
- 1 stick of butter
- 3/4 of Half and Half (that should be around 3 pints)
- 1 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 egg yolk beaten
- pinch nutmeg
Bay Scallop Pesto with Linguini

In skillet over medium heat, saute' scallops in olive oil until golden
- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 8 oz. linguine or fettuccine, cooked and drained
- 1 tbsp. lemon peel
Whipped Cream

- 1 cup heavy cream (8 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Lentils with Orecchiette Pasta and Sausage

Serve with Italian Bread
- 1/2 bag lentils
- 1-1 1/2 lbs. sweet or hot sausage
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup white wine
- Water to cover lentils
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning, oregano and parsley to taste
- I-12 oz Orecchiette pasta
- Parmesan Cheese
Banana Foster

Melt butter and brown sugar and cinnamon in saucepan over low heat
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 banana per person, cut lenghtwise, then halved
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup Cream De Banana
- 1/2 butter
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Penna Alla Vodka

In a large pan saute garlic and add prosciutto over medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes
- 1 cup prosciutto
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste

- 2 pounds small scallops
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 pound linguini, cooked
