- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (16 ounce) can canned onions
Portobello Parmesan Pasta

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 lb sliced Portobello mushrooms
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Sale and Pepper
- 1 1/2 C low fat tomato sauce
- 1 C fresh basil torn into large pieces
- 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan
Dump Cake - Cherries & Pineapple

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 325 degrees In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk
- 1 1/2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 T and 1 1/2 tsp milk
- 3/4 C Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T dried parsley
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pork chops
Super Shrimp Casserole

- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and pepper to taste

- pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (11-ounce) package butterscotch chips

- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 (3/4 inch thick) pork loin chops
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced Italian tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup water, if necessary
