- Fillings:
- 2 C flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter
- Cheese --1/2 lb dry cottage cheese, 1 egg beaten, 1/2 tsp salt, Mix all ingredients together. For sweet cheese, add 2 T sugar and vanilla
- Potato -- 1 large cooked potato mashed, 1 T butter heaping, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 C sharp cheese shredded. Mix all ingredients

Starbucks Version
- CAKE
- 1 C butter, softened
- 1 1/4 C light brown sugar, packed
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 flour
- 3/4 C diced dried cranberries
- 6 oz white chocolate, cut into chunks
- FROSTING
- 4 ozs cream cheese, softened
- 3 C powdered sugar
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 C diced dried cranberries
- DRIZZLED ICING
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1 T milk
- 2 tsp vegetable shortening
Cream Mushroom & Garlicky Bread Crumb Topping

Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta
- 3 tablespoons EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 6 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 3 shallots, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 rounded tablespoon flour
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup Marsala
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 pound whole wheat or semolina fettuccine
Italian Turkey Skillet

Cook linguine according to package directions
- 1 package (16 ounces) linguine
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 pkg (16 oz) one step Angel Food cake mix
- 1/2 C water
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 C flaked coconut

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Salt and pepper
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 lb mushrooms, trimmed and quartered
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano

- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
