- 1 small sweet onion chopped

Three-Cheese Pasta Bake

Prepare ziti according to package directions; drain and return to pot
- 1 (16-ounce) package ziti
- 2 (10-ounce) containers refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Beef and Mushroom Stir Fry

Toss the beef with 1 T cornstarch and 1`T vinegar and 2 tsps soy sauce in a medium bowl
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 T plus 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 T plus 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp packed light brown sugar
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 4 oz mixed mushrooms, sliced
- salt and pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Cooked rice
