Ingredients

  • 1 Cup drained maraschino cherries cut in half each one (save 5 to put on top)
  • 1 Cup 20 oz crushed pineapple (Drain juice and put in bowl and add water to
  • juice to make 1 Cup)
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake mix(no pudding in cake mix)
  • 1 Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 C oil
  • 1/2 C chopped pecans
  • Frosting or glaze
  • 2 oz Philadelphia cheese
  • 1 T milk
  • 1/2 Cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Reserve 5 cherries for top of cakes
Beat cake mix, oil, eggs, pudding and combination pineapple juice and water
in bowl till well blended.;
Add pineapple and cherries and nuts, mix just till blended

Pour into pans sprayed with cooking oil
Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean

Combine cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar in small bowl and drizzle
on cakes
