- 2 11-oz. cans Mexican corn,drained
- 2 4-1/2 ounce cans chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- corn chips,for dipping
Preheat the ovens to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9x13x2 casserole dish.
In a medium bowl,mix the corn, green chilies,
cheeses, and mayonnaise until full combined.
Spread mixture in the casserole dish.
Bake, unconverted for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly around the edges.
Serve with corn chips
