Ingredients
- 12 OZ. BULK SAUSAGE
- 3 SLICES WHITE BREAD,TORN INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED MONTERREY JACK CHEESE
- 6 EGGS
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/8 TSP PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Preparation
Step 1
BROWN SAUSAGE,STIR TO CRUMBLE,DRAIN AND SET ASIDE TO COOL
PLACE TORN BREAD IN BOTTOM OF 2 QUART DISH. LAYER THE SAUSAGE OVER THE BREAD AND TOP IT WITH THE MONTERREY JACK CHEESE.
IN MEDIUM BOWL WHISK TOGETHER THE EGGS,MILK,SALT/PEPPER,
POOR ON CASSEROLE...THEN TOP WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE.
COVER DISH WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 BAKE 40-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED THROUGH
