- 1 red apple of your choice
- 160 g Cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp Onion chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups milk
- 30 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 clove garlic chopped finely
- 1 Tbsp flour

- 1 dozen eggs
- 2 cups coconut milk
- up to 3/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together: eggs, squash, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until well-blended

- 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash (roast a squash, mash it up with some coconut oil, salt, pepper and just a touch of maple syrup, reserve half a cup)
