Allow cream cheese to come up to room temperature
- 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup, Grade B
- 16 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese (dairy free)

Mix all ingredient together and taste
- 1 1/2 C Almond Flour
- 1 C Coconut Flour
- 2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 3 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 C Raw Honey
- 1 Stick softened butter
- ~1/3 C Water
Coconut Chicken Nuggets

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- Salt & Pepper
How to Make Kombucha

Make your tea in the ratio of 1 cup of organic white sugar for each gallon of black tea
- 1 kombucha scoby – Get this from a friend
- 1 cup per gallon of reserved kombucha from a previous batch (or liquid that came with your scoby)
- 1 cup organic white sugar
- 5-10 organic black tea
- filtered water (don’t use tap water!)
- Supplies for Making Kombucha***
- 1 gallon glass or ceramic container, or larger. No lid necessary (do not use metal or plastic).
- 1 clean tea towel
- 1 large rubber band
- a funnel
- a pitcher or a spouted bowl
- glass storage jars or bottles with tight fitting lids
Meat Crust Quiche

Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 pound breakfast pork sausage (or italian sausage)
- 1 small sweet potato, diced
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 eggs, whisked
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat (or other kind of fat)

Place sweet potato, sugar, vanilla and salt in your food processor and process until smooth
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons sweet potato purée*
- 3 Talbespoons loosely packed light brown sugar (or other sugar of your choice: honey, agave nectar, pure maple syrup; however, honey would mean the frosting is no longer vegan)*
- 2 1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted (gluten-free vegan dark chocolate with greater than 70% cacao for added antioxidant benefits.)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter* (or other nut or seed butter of your choice, depending upon nut allergy)
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon milk*
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (alcohol-free to keep it grain-free)
- Pinch salt
Baked Mustard Lime Chicken

- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1/2 cup Palm Oil Shortening, Organic
