  • 1 Large Onion

  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Dash of Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/3 teaspoon( or less) Salt

Put 1/4 cold water in a 1-quart bowl sprinkle the envelope of plain gelatin (1 Tablespoon) on top and let it soften

  • 1/4 Cup Cold water
  • 1 TBSP plain gelatin
  • 3/4 Cup boiling water
  • Honey (other sweetener) to taste
  • 1 Cup fruit juice
  • Optional 1-2 Cups Fruit add in
  • Put 1/4 cold water in a 1-quart bowl and sprinkle the envelope of
  • plain gelatin (1 Tablespoon) on top and let it soften.
  • Stir in 3/4 cup of boiling water and honey "to taste" (It might not need any.)
  • Stir to mix well. Add one cup of fruit juice and stir again.
  • If you want to put it in a mold, oil the mold and pour in your jello
  • mixture. Chill until set. Or, if you want fruit in your jello (after the Intro), add
  • 1-2 cups of fruit when it just starts to set and then continue
  • chilling until completely set.
  • This makes 6 servings.
