- 1/4 cup chopped onion ( 1 small)
- 2 TBSPs Old El Paso taco seasoning mix from 1 oz pkg. Increase to 4 TBSPs if using more than a 1/2 lb beef
- 1 cup Original Bisquick Mix
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz) Increase to 4 oz if using 1 lb of beef
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old el Paso chopped green chiles

- 1 1/2 TBSPS butter
- 3 TBSPS all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 to 4 tsps dry ranch-style salad dressing mix
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/4 pounds fresh green beans, cooked until crisp-tender
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs toasted
