  • 1/2 - 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 Italian sausage links (or 1 lb) removed from casings (Tarantino's work very well)
  • 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup prepared spaghetti sauce

  • 2 apples chopped
  • 2 sliced bananas in quarters
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows ( add more as desired)
  • 1 can of fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 cup chopped marachino cherries
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Dressing: One large 16 oz yogurt with vanilla flavoring, 2 TBSPs marachino cherry juice for color, 2 TBSPs sugar to sweeten as desired.
  • If using unsweetened plain yogurt, add 2 tsps vanilla. Mix juice, sugar, vanilla and sugar to taste.
