Italian Turkey Meatloaf

Serve with pasta and a little shaved Romano cheese on top, steamed broccoli and baked butternut squash
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 - 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 5 Italian sausage links (or 1 lb) removed from casings (Tarantino's work very well)
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1/3 cup prepared spaghetti sauce

- 2 - 16 oz cans french cut green beans
- 1 - 16 oz can campbells mushroom soup
- 1 med can french fried onion rings
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Summer Jello Dessert - Linda's File

1) Dissolve strawberry jello with 1 cup boiling hot water
- 1 Large package Strawberry Jello or 2 small packages - I use sugar free
- 1 Pint frozen strawberries (thawed)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (smallest size)
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 pint sour cream (I use fat free)
Spinach and Potatoes au Gratin

- 2 TBSPs butter
- 2 TBSPs flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 8 strips bacon
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 16 oz spinach
- 6-8 medium red or gold potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Company Mac & Cheese

Creamiest, tastiest and most special macaroni and cheese ever!
- 1 pkg (7 oz) elbow macaroni
- 6 TBSPs butter or margarine, divided
- 3 TBSPs all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsps spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 TBSPs minced fresh parsley
Chili Con Queso

- 1 lb Velveeta Cheese
- 1 15 oz Can Chili Con Carne without beans
- 2 bunches chopped green onions
- 1/2 lb ground beef browned (optional)
- 1 4 oz can chopped chiles or 4 oz Joparalos ( use both for extra flavor)
Mexican Pork Chops

- 4 - 4 oz boneless pork loin cutlets
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 - 14 1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes (no salt added)
- 2 cups fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Aunt Esther's Fruit Salad

Merry Christmas Favorite
- 2 apples chopped
- 2 sliced bananas in quarters
- 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped dates (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows ( add more as desired)
- 1 can of fruit cocktail
- 1/2 cup chopped marachino cherries
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Dressing: One large 16 oz yogurt with vanilla flavoring, 2 TBSPs marachino cherry juice for color, 2 TBSPs sugar to sweeten as desired.
- If using unsweetened plain yogurt, add 2 tsps vanilla. Mix juice, sugar, vanilla and sugar to taste.
Kahlua Mudslide Brownies

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup butter
- 4 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp Kahlua
- 2 tsp Irish cream liquer
- 1 tbsp vodka
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- whole coffee beans for garnish
- Kahlua Glaze
- 1 1/.4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp Kahlua

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 package (1/4 oz) quick rise yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1/2 cup chopped walnurs
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- Topping:
- 2 TBSPS all purpose flour
- 2 TBSPs sugar
- 2 TBSPs cold butter, divided
