In a saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, molasses, and vinegar; bring to a boil, stirring constantly
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Decorating icing, nonpariels, Red Hots, or candies of your choice, optional
Breakfast Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
- 1- 20 oz. package pre-shredded hash brown potatoes
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped

- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
