- 1 large can chili beans
- 1 large can pork and beans
- 1 regular size can red kidney beans
- 1 lb hamburger, lean
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Peanut Butter Mousse Cake

- 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 2 tbs melted margarine
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2-8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 tbs vanilla
- 1-6oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
Chicken AlaKing Casserole

Cook minute rice for 4 servings according to package directions
- 2 cans chicken alaking
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 cup frozen peas
- minute rice
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- chow mein noodles
- grated cheddar cheese
Snow Pea Salad

Blanch snow peas in boiling water for 8-10 seconds, then shock quickly in ice water
- 5 ounces snow peas, strings and tips removed, cut diagonally
- 2 ounces bean sprouts
- 1/4 medium red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- Salt, to taste

- 1/2 pkg (14 oz.) refrigerated piecrusts
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1 inch chunks

- 1 tablespoon coconut
