- Various Flavored Cake Mixes
- Various Flavors Diet Sodas (12 oz cans)
- Various Flavors Sugar-Free Jello (Small boxes)
- Cool Whip
Hot Corn Chile Dip

Heat a grill on medium heat
- 5 ears fresh corn, shucked
- 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced finely
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 cans diced green chilies
- 1 1/2 cups grated pepper-jack cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, sliced thin
- Tortilla chips or pita crisps, for serving
Baked Apples

- Medium sized apples
- Raisins or craisins
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Nutmeg

Easy Toffee Pretzel Bark

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 8 ounces mini pretzels (enough to spread out onto a large baking sheet)
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- sea salt (optional-but the pretzels should have enough salt)
Picnic Pasta Salad

Cook spiral pasta and tortellini according to package directions
- 1 12 oz package tricolor spiral pasta
- 1 10 oz package refrigerated tricolor tortellini
- 1 7 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
- 1/2 lb fresh broccoli florets (about 1 3/4 cups)
- 12 oz provolone cheese, cubed
- 12 oz hard salami, cubed
- 1 medium sweet red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 (2 1/4 oz) cans sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 envelopes Italian salad dressing mix
Double Toffee Delight Cake

Brown Sugar Mixture: Combine brown sugar, chopped nuts, and cinnamon in small bowl and set aside
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1-small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1-small pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Kahlua Cake In A Jar

Place cake mix and pudding mix in large bowl and blend with a whisk
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup Kahlua
Chicken Pot Pie

Line 9" pie plate with one of the piecrusts
- refrigerated piecrust dough (two crusts)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup onions
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups (14 oz can) chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1-2 small potatoes, cut into pieces (incorporate into the vegetables to make the 2 cups)

- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
