- 2-3 dashes Tobasco Sauce

- 1-32 oz. bag tater tots
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- a few shakes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 8 oz. can of water (use empty sauce can)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Sour cream, optional
- Sliced green onions, optional
