Slow Cooker General Tso's Chicken - Creme De La Crumb

Preheat oil in a nonstick pan or skillet over medium heat
- 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds), chopped into bite size pieces
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- sauce
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce (can be found in the Asian section at most markets)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or garlic powder)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- steamed or fried rice for serving
Loaded Cauliflower

Preheat oven to 425° In a large pot boil water and cook Cauliflower for 8 - 10 minutes, drain and let cool
- 1 large head of Cauliflower cut into bite size pieces (approx 6 cups)
- 6-8 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled (Cooked in oven at 400° for 20 mins)
- 6 Tbs chopped Chives
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese ( may use cheddar)
- 8 oz container sliced mushrooms (I don't use mushrooms in mine)(optional)

How to subtract sugar alcohol from total carbohydrates
- 5 sugar alcohol divided by 2=2 1/2
- Subtract 2 1/2 from total carbs of 9=6 1/2 net carbs.
- Check the grams of fiber per serving, if there are more 5 grams per serving, subtract this from the total carbs.

- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans fat-free chicken broth (about 3 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, plus more, for serving, optional
- 1 bay leaf

- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and cayenne pepper
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
