Preheat the oven to 375 F
- Olive oil (Phase 3 only)
- 1 1/2 cups pearl, cipollini or other small white onions, peeled*
- 4-pound fryer chicken, quartered (or chicken leg quarters or bone-in breasts)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried tarragon (or dried thyme leaves)
- Sea salt, pepper, and paprika
Pumpkin Pie Coconut Flour Pancakes

Mix flour and eggs in a medium-sized bowl and blend well
