- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 butternut squash (about 2 pounds), peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 4 red or golden apples, peeled, cored, and chopped, plus 1 apple, finely diced and tossed in lemon juice, for garnish (optional)
- 2 tsp. coarse sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 1/2 cups water, plus more if needed
- 1 jalapeño chile, thinly sliced, for garnish (optional)
Dan Kohler's BBQ Sauce

1) Fry onion and garlic in oil or butter
- Oil/Butter for frying
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 3 tbs Tomato Paste
- 2 tbs Yellow Mustard
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
- 15-oz can Tomato Puree
- A few shakes of Hot Sauce
- Salt to taste

Pour all oils (except essential oils) in to a jar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup grated Bees wax
- 2 tsp cayenne powder
- 2 tsp ginger or turmeric powder
- 15 drops peppermint essential oil
- 15 drops lavender essential oil

Boo-tiful Jello Cups

ADDboiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2/3 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 8 miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Ketchup

Thoroughly mix and put in a plastic ketchup squeeze bottle, refrigerate
- Ketchup 1 10 oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce 2 T Onion Powder 1/2 t Salt or to taste 1 T Vinegar or to taste 1 t Paprika 1/4 t Cinnamon 2-3 packets of Stevia sweetener
- Thoroughly mix and put in a plastic ketchup squeeze bottle, refrigerate. Yummy
Fat Free Orange Pineapple Smoothie

- 3 cups grated zucchini squash
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Tablespoons vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup nuts
Refreshing Cucumber Detox Drink

When we wake up in the morning, the first thing we always do is hydrate with a big glass of water
- Serves 4 (8 ounces per serving.)
- 4 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped (makes about 2 cups [16 ounces] of fresh cucumber juice
- Juice of 1/2 lime (about 1 tablespoon)
- Lime seltzer (we use Polar Lime or Cranberry-Lime for an extra-fruity twist)
- Mint, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and grease two 8-in round cake pans

- 3/4 cup cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups xylitol or sugar of choice
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips, optional
- 2/3 cup yogurt of choice
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 2 prepared batches of: Healthy Mint Frosting
Gluten Free Coconut Flour Crepes

Mix all wet ingredients together then add all dry ingredients
