- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, coarsely chopped (about 6 ounces)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound short pasta, such as ditalini (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed
- 2 zucchini, cut into matchsticks
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
- 1/4 cup chopped basil, parsley and mint
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
Broccoli Coleslaw

Mix all together and chill
- 1 (12 ounce) bag broccoli slaw
- 1/2 cup sliced Almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 bag Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar (apple cider)
- 1/3 cup sugar or splenda
Deviled Eggs

Slice hardboiled eggs in half lengthwise
- 4 large eggs, hard boiled and shells removed
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 1 teaspoon white or cider vinegar, optional freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow or Dijon mustard (I used French's Yellow Mustard)
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- paprika for garnish

Sweet Potato Soup

- Add to taste (what I used):
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato (from a baked sweet potato - all sticky and sweet)
- 1/2 cup+ No-Chicken Broth (or substitute vegetable broth) -- add more to thin out to desired consistency
- 1/2 cup almond milk, original or plain or unsweetened flavors (I used
- orange or satsuma zest (a pinch)
- salt (3 pinches)
- chipotle powder (1/2 tsp)
- Garnish:
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- dash of seasoned chili salt
- Optional: nutritional yeast, canned white beans (blended in), cinnamon, black pepper, cayenne, lime juice (lime wedge served on side), parsley or chopped spinach served over top.

To prepare the dough, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon in the bowl of a food processor, and pulse to blend

- 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup ice water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- Egg wash (one egg + 2 Tbsp water)

- 1 lb fresh blueberries
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
