- 1 tablespoon xylitol

Fluffy Key Lime Pie*

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- 1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free lime gelatin
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 cartons (6 ounces each) key lime yogurt
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (8 inches)
Cashew Chicken Salad (P3)

1. In a medium bowl, toss chicken with chicken broth, ginger and 1 tsp cornstarch; season with salt
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp chicken broth (I actually used 2 TB of organic ginger juice instead of broth and minced ginger)
- 2 tsp minced, peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tsp arrowroot powder
- Sea salt
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp Bragg's aminos
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Xylitol (or stevia)
- 2 TB olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves,chopped
- 2/3 cup unsalted, raw cashews
- 1-2 scallions,white and green parts separated and thinly sliced

In small saucepan on low heat, melt together coconut oil and butter (if using)

- 1/2 cup organic virgin coconut oil (or 4 tablespoons coconut oil and 4 tablespoons unsalted organic grass-fed butter)
- 6-8 tablespoons organic cocoa powder (adjust according to taste)
- tiny pinch fine-ground Himalayan pink salt
- 40-80 drops liquid vanilla stevia* (adjust according to taste)
- 2-3 drops high-quality peppermint essential oil (or peppermint extract, to taste)
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, optional
Bacon Deviled Eggs

Bacon Deviled Eggs Skip the bacon if you like and substitute 2 Tbsp
- 12 large eggs
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (if needed)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 heaping tablespoon chopped scallions, plus more scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
