Zucchini Nut Chocolate Muffins

1. Heat oven to 325°. Line 2 cupcake pans with foil liners
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1-3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled, finely grated zucchini
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Ranch Garlic Bread

In a small bowl, combine butter, dressing mix and garlic powder; beat until combined
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread, halved lengthwise
Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Pocket

Combine 2 rolls together and roll into a 6 x 8 inch rectangle for each pocket
- 12 Rhodes dinner rolls -- thawed
- 1 can Valley Fresh White Chicken (10 oz.) drained
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- ¼ cup fate free sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon ground sage
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 egg -- beaten
- fresh rosemary, if desired
Garlic Shrimp Linguini

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 12 Oz. uncooked linguini
- 2 Tbsp. Filippo Berio® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 pints vanilla Swiss almond ice cream

- 2/3 cup mini-marshmallows

1. Add tomatoes and their juice to a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker
- 1 can (28 ounces) whole tomatoes in juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1-1/4 pounds sweet or hot Italian turkey sausage
- 2 medium-size all-purpose potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut into 1-inch half moons
- 1 medium-size onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons plain bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup shredded pepper-Jack cheese
