Pecan Pie

- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

To make sauce, cook onion in butter or margarine till tender but not brown
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 5 large Potatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

This yummy ice cream dessert is so easy to make because it uses store-bought ice cream sandwiches
- 17 miniature ice cream sandwiches, divided
- 1 jar (12 ounces) caramel ice cream topping
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 Symphony candy bars with almonds and toffee (4-1/4 ounces each), chopped
