Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Cooking spray
- 1 24-ounce jar marinara sauce, or 3 cups homemade
- 1 pound fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 15-ounce container ricotta cheese
- 1 8-ounce container cottage cheese
- 1 25-ounce package frozen cheese-filled ravioli
- 3 cups shredded Italian cheese mix
Lasagna Cupcakes
