Chicken Curry Casserole

This dish tastes just as good when made with low-fat soup and light mayo
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 packages (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
Knorr Creamy Spinach Dip

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours
- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
- 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
- 3 green onions, chopped (optional)

- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
