- 1 1/4 yukon gold potatoes, unpeeled
- 2 oz shelled, deveined cooked salad shrimp (45-50) count
- 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 sm garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 tbs dill pickle relish
- 3/4 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- Meat Mixture:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Macaroni Mixture:
- 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked as directed
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/4 lb butter, melted
- 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Bechamel Sauce:
- 3 tbs butter
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 cups hot milk
- Grated mozzarella cheese for topping

- 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 in cubes
- 4 med zucchini, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup uncooked whole wheat couscous
Roasted Butter Herb Turkey

1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, poultry seasoning, garlic herb sauce mix, and crushed garlic
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 tbs garlic herb sauce mix (Knorr recommended)
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 32oz bag celery and carrot party sticks
- 2 large onions, large dice
- 1 32 oz container low sodium chicken broth
- 12 lb turkey, thawed
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tbs pepper
- 3-3/4oz pkgs fresh herbs poultry blend (sage, thyme and rosemary)
- 1 lemon, thickly sliced
Honey Balsamic Roasted Pork with Grapes

Pumpkin Twice Baked Potatoes

- 4 baking potatoes
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of Nutmeg
4 Bean Soup

- 1/4 cup dry pinto beans

- 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
