- 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Gluten Free Gingerbread Cookies

- 1 bag Pamela's Gluten Free Bread mix (do not use yeast packet)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
