- 3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled
- 3 tbs EVOO
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 large eggs plus 3 egg yolks
- 2 cups half and half
- 3/4 chopped fresh chives
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups grated fontina or gruyere cheese (about 6 oz)

- 2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, pre-cooked
