Ingredients

  • 4 cups (12 oz.) Penne, uncooked
  • 2 cups chopped fresh tomato
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 lb. EACH sliced deli ham and salami, cut into strips
  • 1/4 lb. provolone or mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 3/4 cup sliced celery
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. In large bowl, toss cooled pasta and remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate.
