Chorizo Mushroom Queso Dip

- 1 1/2 pounds beef (chuck roast, stew, etc.)
- flour
- 3 bouillon cubes
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 3 or 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- parsley
- 2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 or 3 large potatoes, cubed
- small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 small package vermicelli

Barbecued Country-Style Ribs

- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs, trimmed
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup wood chips, soaked 15 minutes and drained

- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil

- 1 can Pillsbury Coconut Pecan Frosting
- 1 c. regular, lite, or fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
