Ingredients

  • 4-5

    medium potatoes

  • 8

    hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  • 1

    t. chopped parsley

  • 1

    t. chopped onion

  • 1

    t. chopped garlic

  • salt and pepper

  • 1-2

    T. vinegar

  • mayonnaise

Directions

Boil potatoes until tender. Cool and slice them. Add the other ingredients plus vinegar to taste. Add mayo to taste. Serve warm or cold.
