Chrissy's Mac n Cheese

- Cheesy Garlic breadcrumb ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 pound uncooked medium pasta shells
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 Teaspoon flour
- 5 cups whole milk
- 3/4 pound processed American cheese, roughly torn
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 cups shredded Gruyere cheese, divided
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 slices day-old white bread, torn into pieces
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Crunchy Salsa Chicken Bake

Spice up your next chicken bake with this fun and easy crunchy salsa Mexican chicken bake recipe!
- 1 (12 count) box ORTEGA Yellow Corn Taco Shells or Whole Grain Taco Shells, each shell broken into pieces
- 1 bag (20 oz) cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 packet (1.25 oz) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning (or 40% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning)
- 1 jar (16 oz) ORTEGA Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1/4 cup ORTEGA Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce (mild, medium or hot)
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 can (4 oz) ORTEGA Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
- 1 cup pimiento stuffed olives, rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese, divided use
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Loaded Chicken & Potatoes

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Topping:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed (1″)
- 6-8 medium skin on red potatoes, cut in 1/2″ cubes
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce (more if you like it HOT)
- 2 c fiesta blend cheese
- 1 c crumbled bacon
- 1 c diced green onion
Captain Crunch Candy

Melt white chocolate in a double boiler, add dry roasted nuts and Captain Crunch cereal
- 1 3/4 - 2 lbs. white chocolate
- 2 c. (12 oz.) dry roasted nuts
- 2 c. Captain Crunch peanut butter cereal
- 2 c. colored miniature marshmallows
Chocolate-Amaretto Cheesecake

Sprinkle chocolate wafers in bottom of 7" springform pan
- 6 chocolate wafers, finely crushed
- 1 1/2 c. light cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. + 2 T. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. amaretto
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 T. semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
Sage-Butter Mashed Potatoes

Microwave mashed potatoes!
- 3 potatoes
- 1-1 1/4 c. hot milk
- 3 T. butter
- 8-10 sage leaves
Cranberry Chicken

Mix first three ingredients; pour over chicken that has been placed in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish
- 14 oz. can of cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. red wine & vinegar dressing
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 4 chicken breasts
Wassail

Heat cider & 1 cinnamon stick to boiling; reduce heat
- 6 c. apple juice or cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 t. grated lemon peel
- 1 can (18 oz.) pineapple juice
- Navel Orange Slices stuck with cloves
Hash Brown Casserole

Combine soup, sour cream, flour & garlic salt
- 1 can 15 oz. reduced fat creamy potato soup
- 1 c. reduced fat sour cream
- 1 T. flour
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 pkg. 24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 c. reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Blueberry Shortbread Bars

"You can use any summer fruit in these bars, as long as you don't use too much and it's not too wet
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon ice water, or more if needed
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
