Very gouda grits

- 10 ounces whole milk (1 1/4 cups)
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking grits
- 1/2 cup gouda cheese – grated
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper as needed
Almond Joy Brownie Bites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 box of family size Chocolate Fudge brownie mix
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 C chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 C almonds (or nuts), crushed
PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN

Preheat oven to 425°. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
Lazy Bolognese-Style Lasagna

Add pizzaz to lazy lasagna with a delicous bolognese sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound wavy lasagna noodles, broken into irregular pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, finely chopped or grated
- 1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
- A sprinkle of ground cloves
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup white wine or an additional 1 cup beef stock
- 2 cups beef stock
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 rounded tablespoons flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
- Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Judy's NOLA King Cake

Make the cake: In a saucepan, heat milk, water and butter to 120 to 130 degrees
- TO DECORATE:
- 4-3/4 to 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 packages instant yeast (such as RapidRise or Perfect Rise or bread machine yeast)
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 stick butter, plus 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling*
- Dash nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 About 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ICING
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 About 3 tablespoons liquid, including 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tablespoon milk

- Fried Onions:
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 large red onion, trimmed
- 4 cups canola oil
- Salad:
- 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- 1 pound romaine lettuce, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 of a medium-size cucumber
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
- 6 button mushrooms (about 1/4 pound)
- 2 ounces mozzarella, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, thinned with milk

Hot Reuben Dip in a Pumpernickel Bread Bowl

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 cups grated Swiss cheese (about 9 ounces)
- 2/3 cup sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and roughly chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 ounces chopped sliced pastrami (about 1 cup)

Sticky Onion Crunch Wings

- 3 pounds chicken wings, whole or separated
