Creamy Red Potato Salad

- 3 lbs red potatoes, unpeeled and well scrubbed
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 ribs celery, finely diced
- 1 T celery seeds
- 2 T chopped scallions, plus 1 T minced scallion
- 5 T chopped fresh flat-leaf (Italian) parsley
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
Hungarian Goulash Recipe

- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon plus 1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon plus 1/4 teaspoon pepper, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-1/2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste and a dash of sugar OR 1/3 cup ketchup

Grilled Asian Kebabs

Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl; reserve 1/3 cup
- 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves*
- 1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 8 uncooked shrimp or chicken kabobs
- 4 medium green onions, cut into 3-inch pieces
- *Variation: Use orange marmalade or mango chutney instead of apricot preserves.
