Baked Cranberry Relish Recipe

- 4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Using vegetable steamer, steam broccoli and spinach in 2 inches of water in tightly covered pot for 10 minutes
- 2 cups raw baby spinach (or 1 cup frozen)
- 2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen

- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6-8 chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
