Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan
- 1 pouch (16 oz) Pantry Pizza Crust & Roll Mix (Pampered chef)
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 2 garlic loves, pressed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
- Pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Pizza sauce, warmed
Classic Cornbread Dressing

Step 1 Prepare the Cornbread: Preheat oven to 425°F
- CORNBREAD
- 2 2 2 cups self-rising white cornmeal mix
- 1 1 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)
- 2 2 2 large eggs
- 2 2 2 cups whole buttermilk
- 3 3 3 tablespoons salted butter
- DRESSING
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup salted butter
- 3 3 2 cups chopped sweet onion (from 2 large onions)
- 2 2 6 cups chopped celery (from 6 stalks)
- 2 2 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- 1 1 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 6 6 1 large eggs 1 (14-oz.) pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing mix (such as Pepperidge Farm)
- 10 10 10 cups chicken broth
- 2 2 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Banana-Berry Brownie Pizza Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, oil and egg until well blended
- TOPPING:
- 1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch size)
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 to 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate, melted
- (mini chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)
Cheddar Potato Soup

Prep/Total Time: 30 min. In a large saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter until tender
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 * 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 * 4 cups diced peeled potatoes
- 3 * 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 * 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 * 2 cups milk
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- * Dash paprika
- * Seasoned croutons and minced fresh parsley
Cheesy Bacon Jalapeno Popper Beer Bread

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare 9x5 bread pan by greasing with butter or bacon drippings
- 3 cups all purpose flour (363 grams)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 medium size jalapenos, (seeded, deveined and diced)
- 12 ounces bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 12 ounce bottle of beer (I used Blue Moon)
- 1 tablespoon butter or bacon drippings for pan

- 3 * 3 eggs
- 1 * 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 * 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
Chocolate Sorbet

- 2-1/2 cups (570 ml) water
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup (60 g) unsweetened, Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 7 ounces (200 g) dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup lemon juice

- 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
