Turkey tips

Slide the turkey into the oven legs first
- Place fresh herbs, whine, and water inside the cavity to create flavorful broth for the gravy.
- Rub the skin with oil instead of butter for crispier skin.
- Use a broiler pan. The turkey sides and thighs cook more evenly.
- Add vegetables to the bottom of the pan to stretch the drippings and thicken the gravy.
