- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (I prefer smoked paprika)

Hickory Pulled Pork

- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne

- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 * 2 tablespoons sesame oil or other oil
- 1 * 1 dash black pepper
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds

- 4 1-oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 chocolate pie crust

- * CRUST AND TOPPING:
- 1 * 1 cup flour
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 cups quick-cook oats
- 2 * 2 tablespoons apple or orange juice
- * FILLING:

- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 8 thin slices deli ham
- 4 slices provolone cheese
