- 1 can (29 ounces) diced peaches, drained (Add some of the syrup to the cream cheese and mix before spreading)
- 1 loaf (1 pound) day-old French bread, cubed
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed (Use the light version)
- 12 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream (Substitute 1 cup with milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
